We may team-up with The Beijing Museum to properly fund another Dragon Expedition. It would be a very large project spanning the globe from Ireland to China. The American Natural History Museum has also expressed interest in participating. Still in the early planning stages. Would it be possible for us to contact first mate Izzy to discuss when we need help?

British Museum: Base camp established at Manacapuru. Getting along well with locals. Have secured a guide to show us the last know sighting location. Very positive expectations. Team Leader Guardian will be in-charge.

Jeremy Wade: If at all possible, please join us at Manacapuru. Have been speaking to locals about extremely large and aggressive strain of Arapaima. Bring your 200 pound line. What kind of bait and lures should we get?  Fish on !!

British Museum: Expedition is back on track. Weather is cooperating nicely. Sunshine will make Golden Tarantulas easier to spot (they are thought to be shiny). Expect breakthrough soon. Big Porter enjoying time with Jeremy Wade, and preparing us Arapaima sushi every night.

British Museum: Mission Accomplished !!  The crew of The Blue Monkey is proud to report that we have located the Giant Golden Tarantula !!  In fact, we have discovered an entire sustainable population hidden away in a remote jungle location.
